Privacy Policy

This explains what Infinite Dashboard ("we," "us," "the Service") collects, why, and how to control it — both on this marketing site and inside the product itself once you create an account.

Who we are

Infinite Dashboard is operated by Infinite Soldier Technologies. Privacy questions or data requests: hello@infinitedashboard.ai.

What we collect when you create an account

Account info — your email, name, and a securely hashed password (or your Google account info, if you sign in with Google).
Your Gmail access, only if you connect it — read access to build your ranked Today list, and send access so you can reply from the dashboard. Both ride on Google's own OAuth consent screen; you approve the exact scopes before anything connects.
The business data you create — captured tasks, rules you write, team notes, and anything you type into the app.
A bring-your-own AI key, only if you choose to add one (e.g. an OpenAI key), so your own AI usage runs on your own account instead of ours.

How your data is stored and protected

Gmail tokens and any AI key you add are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) — never stored as plain text, never visible to us in a readable form outside the running app.
Every account's data lives in its own isolated workspace. Other accounts — including other businesses on Infinite Dashboard — cannot see your quotes, messages, or team notes. Ever.
Passwords are hashed (scrypt), never stored in a reversible form.

How your email content is used

When you connect Gmail, the Service reads your inbox to build your dashboard and, if you use AI Tools, sends relevant message content to an AI provider (Anthropic by default, or your own connected key) to draft a reply. That content is used only to generate your draft — it is not used to train any AI model, and it is not shared with other Infinite Dashboard accounts.

What we never do

We never sell your data, your email address, or your business data to anyone.
We never send an email on your behalf without your action — every send is something you triggered, whether by clicking Send or by explicitly enabling an automation toggle yourself.
We never share one account's data with another account.

Third parties we use

Google — for sign-in and Gmail access, governed by Google's own privacy policy for the data it holds.
Anthropic (or OpenAI, if you've connected your own key) — processes message content solely to generate your drafts.
Our hosting provider — runs the servers that store your account data.

Your rights and choices

Disconnect Gmail anytime from Connect in the sidebar — this deletes the stored access token immediately.
Delete your bring-your-own AI key anytime the same way.
Ask us to delete your account and all associated data — email hello@infinitedashboard.ai.
If you're in California (CCPA/CPRA) or the EU/UK (GDPR), you have further rights under those laws, and we honor them for everyone regardless of location.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in — no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The marketing site may use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful.

Children's privacy

Infinite Dashboard is a business tool for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, the "Last updated" date above changes, and material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice.
