Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Infinite Dashboard ("the Service"), operated as part of the Infinite family of products. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Infinite Dashboard connects to your business email (currently Gmail, via Google sign-in) and other tools you choose to connect, to surface what needs your attention, draft replies, and automate routine follow-up. You control what it sends — nothing is sent on your behalf without your action, unless you explicitly enable an auto-send feature.

2. Accounts and workspaces

Each account creates its own isolated workspace. You're responsible for the security of your login credentials and for activity that happens under your account. Workspace owners are responsible for the conduct of anyone they invite.

3. Fair use and AI usage limits

No plan includes unlimited AI usage. Each plan (Free, Solo, Crew, Team, Business) includes a monthly allowance of AI actions — drafted replies, digests, rule evaluations, and answered questions — described on our pricing page. Reading, searching, and browsing your own data is never limited.

We reserve the right to throttle, queue, or temporarily suspend AI features if your usage substantially and repeatedly exceeds your plan's allowance, after notifying you first.
We reserve the right to introduce metered overage pricing or require an upgrade for sustained excess usage. You will always be notified before any additional charge, never billed as a surprise.
Automated or bulk use of the Service in a way designed to circumvent these limits (e.g. scripted requests, multiple accounts to evade metering) is prohibited.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Infinite Dashboard to:

Send spam, bulk unsolicited email, or phishing content through the Service's send feature;
Harass, threaten, or defraud any person or business;
Violate any applicable law, including data-protection and anti-spam law (e.g. CAN-SPAM);
Attempt to access another workspace's data, or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without authorization;
Use the Service to generate or distribute content that infringes intellectual property or is otherwise unlawful;
Resell or white-label the Service without a separate written agreement;
Use bots, scripts, or automated AI agents (including browser-automation or computer-use tools) to drive the Service's interface on your behalf in a way that bypasses human review before a message is sent — the Service is built on the promise that a person approves every send, and circumventing that is prohibited outside the automations we build and you explicitly enable ourselves (e.g. the "add more AI tools" toggles).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found in violation, with or without notice depending on severity.

5. AI-generated content

Drafted replies, digests, and answers are generated by AI based on your data and are provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is sent under your name. We are not liable for the accuracy, tone, or business consequences of AI-drafted content you choose to send.

6. Third-party connections

Connecting Gmail or other third-party services is subject to that provider's own terms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or data made unavailable by a third-party provider.

7. Payment and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed. The 8-day free trial requires no payment method to start; if you add one and don't cancel before the trial ends, billing begins automatically at the plan's listed rate. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.

8. Disclaimer of warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-drafted content will be accurate or appropriate for every situation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infinite Dashboard and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or for non-payment, with notice where practical.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice before taking effect.
